Do I need RFID hardware?

No. QR labels work right away with any camera. RFID adds to them once a partner provides readers and an agreed identifier range.

What happens to AI suggestions?

AI proposes product data from photos. Only what a person confirms field by field is applied – dimensions from photos stay unknown.

Is AssetCloud an open marketplace?

No. Offers are visible only to partners you explicitly approve.

Can I rent out expected stock?

Yes, expected pieces can be booked in advance. They ship only after goods receipt.

How accurate is the CO₂ estimate?

It is an indicative estimate with a stated system boundary and data quality – not a certified life-cycle assessment.

Are invoices sent automatically?

Invoices are issued only once the tax profile and XRechnung validation pass.

Can I import existing lists?

Yes, by CSV with every row checked before anything is created.

Where are my files stored?

In private object storage; access only after a permission check through short-lived links.
